Application:

Soak the grill board in water for at least 2-3 hours before use.
Weigh down the boards to ensure they are completely soaked with water.
Place the boards on the grill over indirect heat and wait a few minutes until smoke appears.
Place the food to be grilled on the board and, if necessary, close the grill lid to ensure complete absorption of the smoke aroma.
Please use grill tongs and, if necessary, a top glove to remove the food from the grill.
When using - risk of burns! Hot surface!
A notice:

Depending on wear and tear, the boards can be used for 2-3 uses on the grill.
Sufficient soaking and lower heat support multiple applications.
Wood is a natural product. During use, wood fibers or components can come loose and stick to the food being grilled.
To prevent wood components from sticking, lightly oil the food to be grilled before cooking.
If used repeatedly, please clean the grill board with water and a brush.
Do not use detergent for cleaning as this can penetrate the wood.
Dispose of according to local regulations.
